Learn about my story and passion for helping others
My name is Ewa, I am a psychologist and a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist with a master’s degree in psychology. I also utilise schema therapy in my therapeutic work. I offer short and long-term therapy options for adults and adolescents over 18 years of age. I adhere and work in accordance with the principles of the Ethical and Professional Code of a Psychologist and the Code of Ethics for a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist. My work is supervised regularly.
My professional career began in 2011 and have run my own private practice since 2016 (currently online). During my career I’ve worked at the following institutions:
- INTRO Association
- collaborating with the Psychotekst portal
- The day ward at the Masovian Specialist Health Center in Pruszków
- The Women’s Rights Center Foundation in Warsaw
- The Professional Help Center – CPP (Warsaw)
- The FreeMind Center for Individual and Group Psychotherapy.
Education and training
I’m a lifelong learner and am continuously educating myself to provide the best support possible to my clients. In addition to master’s studies in clinical psychology, I graduated from a 4-year School of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy run by the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Center (Warsaw) and the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Center. This school aligns with the requirements of the European Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT).
Additionally, I have received certification as a psychosocial skills trainer from the “Metrum” Trainers’ School, which is endorsed by the Polish Psychological Association. I’ve also participated in the 3rd edition of the E-Help School, along with completing various courses in the field of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), schema therapy, rational behavior therapy (RBT), and solution-focused (brief) therapy (SFBT).
